HRBP Support Role – Engineering

Level: Manager

Location : Noida

Key Deliverables

1. HRBP Support for Technology Teams

• Employee Connect : onboarding connects, 1-on-1 connect, exit connect, employee queries
• L&D: drive coverage for all certifications, Agile coaching, and Engineering learning Agenda
• R&R : quarterly communication – nomination, announcement & recognition for the Noida location
• Employee Engagement: My Hour with HR sessions, activities, events etc.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics to provide insights on employee trends and organizational health.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the technology organization.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support in handling employee grievances and escalating complex issues as needed.

3. Performance Management & Talent Development

• Monitor probation reviews and ensure managers provide timely feedback to new employees.
• Assist in the execution of performance review cycles, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
• Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
• Work closely with managers to track employee career progression and development plans.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively and adhered to within the technology teams.
