Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

• The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that brings in the most revenue for the company.
• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders. Key Accounts Analysis
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
• Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• Identifying and appointing distributors for company product and services.
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.

Key Account Manager Requirements:

• Bachelors / Master Degree in business administration, sales & Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as key account manager. 3-5 Years.
• You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the FMCG industry.
• You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
• You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
• You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• You can analyze and draw inference from data.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Sales force) would be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
