Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for handling inward calls / emails / chat from customers interested in buying our products/services.
- Give an introduction to the customer about our company.
- Understand the customer’s need and connect the customer to the relevant sales team.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and testimonials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Should have the passion for helping customers.
- Preference will be given to those with knowledge of IT products & services.
- Should be well versed in software tools viz CRM, spreadsheet, documents, email, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
Salary: ₹9,651.48 – ₹20,007.88 per month
