Expleo Hiring for Part Outbound Logistics at Chennai, Tamil Nadu Full Time

Responsibilities:
Handling export part logistics activities for various testing purpose.

Getting the shipment forecast plan in the partial mean meeting.

Following parts with internal procurement team and inwarding parts for package within timeline.

Preparing export documentation.

Strong coordination with indirect purchase to nominate a logistics forwarder.

Strong coordination for export packaging.

Coordinating with customs team for both import and export customs clearance.

Good skills in logistics incoterms.

Regular follow-up with logistics forwarder.

Preparation of KPI.

Participating in regular partial mean meeting.

Delivering parts within timeline to the testing owner / agency.

Qualifications:
BE (Mechanical or Automobile Engineering)

Skills:
Expert in logistics operation.

Strong coordination with customs team.

Strong communication skills

Team co-ordination skills

KPI preparation activities

Business representation skills to Team / Management meetings

Vehicle Knowledge

Good in PPT – Present to management

Experience:
5 to 6 years relevant experience

SAP Knowledge

MS-OFFICE (EXCEL, MS Project , MS presentation and MS Word etc)

English with local knowledge (advantage)
