Experienced human resources business partner who have 5-9 years of experience as an HRBP only with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Duties-

Implement effective HR Policies, Develop and nurture partnership between management and employees.
HR expertise in employee relations, development and coaching, compensation and organizational development.
Develop people strategies and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
HR Processes, educate team members, partner with learning and development to work on value added programs in areas of training, development, performance calibration.
MBA in Business communication, HR or related field.
