Title: Analyst – Operational Excellence

Experience in similar roles in large organizations: 8-12 Years

Scope: This job requirement is for managing Operational Excellence activities for a large SBU end to end. Responsibilities in Operational excellence – P&L Management, Revenue Resource Linkage; Risk Mitigation

Key Deliverables/Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to:

· Strong Understanding of Financial Statements and P&L Management

· Strong understanding of Business levers and impact on Revenue, Profitability as well as financial or customer risk

· Develop business case for change recommendation along with financial benefit model and return on investment

· Reporting and data analysis – working on analytics, modelling for performance improvement across KPIs in the organization

· Strong understanding on Revenue resource linkage

· Strong understanding on SGA process and parameters.

· Strong understanding on Risk Mitigation

· Study of financial statements, evaluating competitors, and analyzing business practices

· Strong skill in reporting and MS excel

· Good presentation and communication skills

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

· Excellent academic background with advanced degrees in economics, finance or management degrees (CA/MBA etc.)

· Analytical, Problem Solving & Time Management skills

· Should have an understanding of Business operations / Operations Excellence
