Job Summary: The Architect and Artist for Product Development will be responsible for developing the exclusive product range for a Semi-Precious and Marble stone for Company located in Delhi NCR (Baghpat). The candidate will work closely with the sales team and production team to create unique and innovative product designs that meet customer demands and generate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to create unique and innovative product designs that align with market trends and customer preferences.

Use artistic and architectural expertise to create visually stunning product designs that showcase the beauty and uniqueness of semi-precious stones and marble.

Develop 3D models and prototypes to test product designs before final production.

Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful implementation of product designs.

Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including prototyping, testing, and final production.

Ensure products meet quality standards, are cost-effective to produce, and align with the company’s brand image.

Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing strategies, pricing, and promotions to increase product sales and revenue.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

Manage product lifecycle and make recommendations for product discontinuation or improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in architecture, fine arts, or related field.

Desirable to have 3-5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the semi-precious or marble industry.

Strong design skills and ability to create visually stunning product designs.

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of product development processes, including prototyping, testing, and final production.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Understanding of production processes and cost-effective manufacturing techniques.

Proficient in 3D modeling software and other design tools.
