JOB DESCRIPTION

DESIGNATION: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Objective: Take care of different accounting requirements.

I. Work Planning and Execution

A) Key Processes i) Planning

1. Ensuring accurate & precise accounting. ii) Implementation and review

1. Working on tally.

2. Invoicing.

3. To reconcile ledger.

4. Making payments and receipts voucher.

5. Bank reconciliation.

6. Filling deposit slip.

7. Making voucher for conveyance and local expenses.

8. Preparing cheques and salaries of Employees

9. Maintaining accounts files.

10. Petty cash.

11. Maintain register for sales invoice and issued cheque.

12. Maintain Purchase invoice.

13. Book keeping.

14. Cash flow details.

B) Key Results

S. No. Description

1. Financial Statement of the Region should be completed as per target date for one financial year.

II) Key Reports, Registers and meetings

S. No. Item

1. Reports:

• Monthly Sales Report region wise.
• Outstanding Payment report every week.
• Report related to Petty Cash on Excel Sheet every week.
• Preparation of other report on Excel sheet as required by management related to accounts.

2. Meetings:

• Office Monthly Meetings.
• Any other Ad hoc meeting called by the Management.

III) Required Skills

3. Thorough knowledge of Accounting System of the Company.
4. Manage time well in order to reach deadlines in preparing financial reports.

6. Good computer knowledge to deal with accounting packages.
7. Accuracy & precision in preparing accounting details.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

• Delhi, Delhi – 110039, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
