AktivHealth Pvt Ltd Hiring for Customer Support Executive at New Delhi Full Time

• Client-facing role managing all incoming calls, appointment scheduling and client payment processing where required.
• Ensure that clients pre-pay for all Services at AktivHealth.
• Respond to Clients’ e-mails and voicemails same day of receipt
• Ensure proper client questionnaire completion and entry of same within our customized Client Management software program
• Proactively communicate with and between Clients and AktivHealth staff on issues/providing information where required
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of orthopaedic rehabilitation programs, AktivHealth plans, pricing strategy that we are utilizing
• Provide weekly report to management on development and success of the orthopaedic rehabilitation AktivHealth plans
• Promote orthopaedic rehabilitation AktivHealth plans together with Team
• Manage the daily payments system, if required, including reporting of same
• Ensure paperwork and reports required for client/physio/doctor meetings are maintained
• Organize and maintain all client files
• Interact with AktivHealth team and general public with professionalism
• Continually evaluate day to day activities for process improvement opportunities
• Train, develop and evaluate new team member
• Manage all assigned tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
