Working days- Monday to Saturday
Job Description
· Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
· Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
· Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
· Maintain Employees Files, Database & Other Records.
· Responsible for employee on boarding and off boarding
· Prepare all the reports related to the employees as per the required by the management.
· Verify the Travel expenses of the employees.
Assist to GM HR in routine task and on special projects.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting of any HR Meeting.
Maintain calendars of the General Manager HR.
