Key Accountabilities

Develop faster & cost-effective new product lines viz undercoats, base coats, solid topcoats & clear coats in line with market & business requirements.

Maintain the existing product lines with continual improvement, replace with suitable alternative raw materials / resources with future business orientation.

To undertake projects in international product development Maintenance wing with creative & innovative ideas

Has good knowledge on Project Management

Gives technical support during introduction of new products

Solves fundamental problems in the existing product assortment/portfolio.

Proper knowledge management i.e. reporting, filing, presenting

Regular usage of statistical tool to approach & solve customer.

Meeting targets on time & ensure adherence, issues Monthly reports and keeps track on hours spent

Studies relevant literature and reports, attends courses / seminars when appropriate and establishes inter-company and academic contacts to update the professional knowledge

Takes care of safe and optimal usage of raw materials/equipments

Takes part and contributes in research, technical and commercial meetings

Contributes towards safe work environment by adhering to safe work practices in line with Corporate HSE&S directives & guidelines in order to build work culture driven by safety consciousness.

Experience

7 to 10 Years of experience

Education

Minimum Science Graduate /Engineering graduate with Polymer science/ B Tech /MTech (Paint technology)
