Join Alamy as our Team Lead and you’ll use all of your knowledge and experience in general ledger, account payable, accounts receivable, treasury control, balance sheet analysis and process workflows to support the team as it expands its services to the wider Alamy business.

You’ll work with the Manager to drive performance improvements and manage projects across Alamy’s offices to support the overall growth strategy in Alamy’s ambitious “Route 100” goal.

Responsibilities

You’ll use your experience to:

• Lead accounts team managing GL/AP/AR and cash book of Alamy
• Lead daily and month end activities and adhere to SLA’s
• Review bank reconciliations
• Ensure supplier invoices are accounted and paid on time
• Manage accounts receivable team in collaboration with credit control and invoicing team
• Ensure expenses are recorded correctly and balance sheet schedules are maintained properly
• Liaising with bank to ensure proper controls are in place, address queries and ensure relevant reports and statement are available
• Review fixed asset register
• Ensure audit requirements are properly maintained and support yearly audit
• Maintain process map and documents for all process. Revisit the process and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with IT in the implementation projects and process improvement fix
• Ensure requirements from Group finance team is met

Are you….

• CA/CMA Qualified or semi qualified.
• Experience in managing accounting team in a MNC is a must
• Exposure in dealing with foreign currency transaction
• Experience in working with ERP systems. Unit4 experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge in excel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in working with foreign stakeholders preferably with people in UK
• Flexible to support UK business hours
• Highly organized with ability to work on own initiative, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• People management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
