India Market Services Technology team is looking for a Cross domain architect for supporting the India Market Services Project activities related to deployment, Integration & troubleshooting of IMS, 5G, Packet Core & Cloud product portfolio for Large Telecom Operator Customers. Accountable for Complex Solution Verification, Market Lab Infrastructure, and Staging Services. This role requires 13-18 years of Customer support experience on Nokia product portfolio i.e. VoLTE Core, Packet Core, SDM/SDL & Cloud. Candidate should be well versed with Network level knowledge, competence & capabilities to lead, guide & mentor teams w.r.t. deployment, Integration & troubleshooting activities

• Provide Solution Verification and Release Testing before Production Delivery of customized or solution require certification for Market.

• Drive NPI and NPD programs for new product portfolio including cyber security, Market CSP specific Policy testing & test validation.

• PASS / No PASS certification and presales interaction on future product commitments

• Alignment of technology evolution of Customer’s Network and R&D Roadmap for Technology evolution

• Ensures all Delivered Solutions for VIL/RJIO/BHARTI & Enterprise Program are ready for Production deployment as required for customer’s customization and configuration needs.

• Provide Technical Interface with R&D, BU, Delivery Team, and Customer for new Solution Enablement in consultation with Technology group

• Perform Pre-Staging activities on prem or in lab for Market locally Procured 3rdParty HW

• Manage Market CaPEX and ensures all Market Labs are infrastructure ready for New Solution and Capacity needs.

• Ensures CCH Enablement in association with account/technology team and readiness for Market Trials and Alignment with Global BU

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• Experience of 10-15 years in Telecom on IMS-VoLTE, Cloud and Packet Core network of any Telecom Operator, Core Planning and Implementation for highly complex network.

• IP, Cloud or VoLTE certifications

• Good understanding of VoLTE, Cloud and Packet Core interfaces and protocols

• Experience in managing customer networks for Nokia product portfolios related to the above-mentioned Networks will be preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in Data and mobility Networks

• Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting mgmt., Formulate work arounds as an interim solution, publication of technical documents pertains to alternate solution or work around

• Analytical and pro-active mindset and way of working

• Willingness to travel and experience about customer networks

  It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in preparing design guidelines, solution documents, processes & workflows IMS-VoLTE, Cloud and packet Core Networks.

• New Feature Implementation & Transport related Trial/Demo.

• Sound knowledge on the Core, Cloud and PaCo KPIs.

• Hands on / Working knowledge of Nokia Core products for IMS-VoLTE, Cloud and PaCo portfolios

• Problem-Solving Skill in Multi Domain & Multi-Vendor Core & Cloud architectures
