The team youll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

You will be a part of Centralized arm of CX Sales Support and Customer Success team working in proximity of frontline SSO, Market SSOs, Key Users and CT teams enabling strong governance, rapid change management, unifying processes, integrating systems, CRM Management, Predictive analytics models, driving efficiency, automation and leading to cost benefit for Nokia.

What you will learn and contribute to

The position will focus on Data science and Machine learning related activities:

As part of our team, you will:

• Program Management for an application based on Microsoft Power Suite, Power Apps, Power Automate etc.

• Project Manager of CX Data Strategy and personal contributor as data scientist

• Support and coordinate implementation of data strategy and activities across CX (marketing, sales, customer success, GSS, Technology )

• Build the architecture picture from CX, how data is flowing between tools and processes

• Can deep dive where data existing, what integrations we need

• Ensure all is in place to manage and govern data in CX

• Facilitating the stream calls and their deliverables

• Coordinate the co-operation with ECDO ( Nokia Chief Data Office)

• Participate to AI/ML/prediction use case development as data scientist

• Create and manage statistical models Independently.

• Use a combined knowledge of computer science and applications, modelling, statistics, analytics, and math’s to solve problems

• Extract data from multiple sources and analyze it from various angles, looking for trends that highlight problems or opportunities

• Communicate important information and insights to business leaders

• Make recommendations to adapt existing business strategies

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• Salesforce CRM, advanced PowerPoint, SharePoint skills, Understanding Sales / SELL process

• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SAS, SPSS, Minitab, Salesforce Discovery etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.

• Experience working with and creating data architectures.

• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.

  It would be nice if you also had:

• User support and user training experience

• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.

• Create and manage statistical models Independently.

• Self-starter – shows initiative and drive to manage project to completion
