As a member of the Nokia IT Cloud transformation team, you will be a key contributor to corporate digitalization efforts that include migration of on-premise applications to the cloud and overall rationalization of the IT supported application portfolio. This work will entail close collaboration with key application owners and a variety of 3rd party suppliers to Nokia IT.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems? As part of our team, you will:

• Ensure timely completion of application and server decommissioning to meet DC Exit timeline (Open Demands, Perform, Analysis, Drive Governance and Execution)

• Lead Operation Tracking / Follow-up – with third Parties (e.g.HCL) and application owners on Service Demands/Change requests by doing:

• Weekly operational HCL review and Decom cluster meetings with Application Owners

• Validate technical Decom Requests for completion and accuracy

• Validate non-HCL activities ( (e.g Financials, Software)

• Conduct CMDB vs. Flexera mismatch investigation

• Drive CMDB Corrections (Decom Related) leveraging knowledge of ServiceNow and related tools

• Perform analysis and create tracking for decommissioning activities

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• ServiceNow – Solid operational knowlege and 3+ years Experience using the tool

• Experience with ServiceNow Demand Requests and Reports

• Good understanding of Nokia Decommissioning Processes

• Experience working with multiple 3rd party vendors to assure delivery per contract

• 3+ Years of Project Management Experience

• Expereince managing direct and virtual team members

  It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience utilizing data from PowerBI Reports

• Communication skills that are appropriate to global cultures.
