  Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

  What you will learn and contribute to

• KPI Performance and reporting for multiple Sus like SWSS, Deploy , NPO etc

• Create, standardize & automate Case Handling reports for SWSS.

• Support TSS SWS with RBC specific reports for MN S

• Global monthly reporting for operational/Productivity metrics for SWSS

• Create Customized reports / dashboards for non-standard projects to meet customer requirement

• Power BI dashboard creation and reporting

• Development of use cases based on SQL/Paython/Power BI combination.

• Deep dive analysis for continuous improvement

  Support multiple stakeholder in monthly/weekly reviews.

• Knowledge of scripting and automation

• willing to contribute with creative, out-of-the-box solutions, to problems arising in a dynamic environment, under high market pressure

• quick learner and adaptive to change in directions.
