The team youll be part of
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
What you will learn and contribute to
Techno commercial contribution towards NPO Stream
Strong Management & NPO skill set
Understanding of new business onboarding & delivery management
Understanding the complex Network delivery challenges & able to lead towards its resolution
Hand on experience in customer management in various regions across globe
An expert level in Network Optimization & post-processing in 2G, 3G, 4G technologies and 5G cellular networks.
Have an analytical mind with good problem-solving skills, good team player, able to work independently and under time pressure
Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within the specific professional discipline.

Owns and manage stakeholder relationship for assigned scope in services, delivery and performance areas.
Ensure operational continuity and smooth execution by implementing proactive delivery management practices
Primary contact within Nokia for planning and execution, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation topics for all phases of the execute process
Continuous Management for Planning and implementation of the Project Management methodologies
Assurance of compliance to delivery model as defined by SU NPO
Measure and track operational KPIs (SLA, time, scope, quality) and cost compliance (recharge vs CBL)
Your skills and experience
You have:
Drives for continuous efficiency improvement in terms of cost adherence and to optimise projects operational performance.
Strong alignment with GSD on the process, tools, way of working, knowledge management and best practices
Work on Business case and CBL for NPO Project across markets
Set up and maintain clear and effective internal and external communication within the relevant project stakeholders (e.g. customer and project teams)
It would be nice if you also had:
Drive Customer Satisfaction through the established survey mechanisms and by providing services that are fully compliant with the SLA/KPI.
Primary contact within Nokia for planning and execution, resource allocation, prioritization and escalation topics for all phases of the execute process
