The team youll be part of

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

HWS Delivery Inventory & Materials Management is part of the Global Service Delivery organization belonging to Mobile Network Services. The function is part of the Performance Team supporting Hardware Service for Mobile Networks products from the Forward stocking locations in the field to the Global Distribution Centers and even further into the back end of the Supply Chain with the Repair Suppliers.

What you will learn and contribute to

• Be responsible for Optimizing Service Parts Inventories globally.

• Develop the Process and Tools for the future HWS D Global Planning Solution.

• Work closely with Market Operations in meeting customer demands and SLA’s.

• Leading a team of highly dedicated and competent employees.

  Your skills and experience

  You have:

• Deep understanding of the financials related to Inventories.

• Analytical skill to understand the complexity of needed Inventories.

• Process driven to ensure consistency in the planning methodology.

• Positive can-do attitude to motivate team members.

• Service Parts Planning.

• Hands on tools experience with SAP.

• KPI reporting and Root Cause Analyses

• Value chain mapping.

  It would be nice if you also had:

• Wider business understanding of the Hardware Service Business.

• Demand Capacity Planning experience within the Service Supply Chain.

• Excellent cross functional collaboration skills
