The Nokia Network Management Automation team provides Professional Services in support of real-world deployments of Advanced Solutions across the ION (IP/Optical Networks) Business Line product portfolio. The team is seeking a Network Management Solutions Quality Assurance Engineer to help deliver services to Nokias customer base in the areas of Service Provisioning, Service Automation, Monitoring, and Reporting. Our projects are worldwide and we interact with both the customer and R&D,

Responsibilities:

Being part of the Service Portal QA team, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the Solution Architect, Developers and other QA engineers in coming up with the test and automation strategy for various features testing and regression testing. You’ll also be working with support engineers who are supporting the product in handling customer issues and coming up and implementing improvement actions to reduce the escapes in upcoming releases. You’ll work towards increasing the test efficiency by automating the possible cases with detailed validation checkpoint and integrating it in the DevOPs pipeline to enable Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

Required Skill Set:

• 2+ years working experience

• Prior testing exposure in validating Docker based distributed Microservices applications in Linux environment.

• Prior hands-on experience in Web Application Test Automation using Robot and Selenium.

• Good hands on exposure in Python and/or Shell Scripting.

• Working with databases like mySQL.

• Knowledge of and/or hands-on experience withweb services and interfaces(e.g., SOAP, XML, JSON, REST)

• Strong troubleshooting experience

• Strong customer orientation and communications skills

• Ability to grasp technical concepts at both a high and detailed level. To conceptualize issue or approach when processing new information or troubleshooting

• Good knowledge of the software development processes
