• Job Description forNPO EngineerPosition:

  Basic Requirements:

• Hands-on experience on network optimization and handling Multi-Layer Networks (Multi carrier LTE). 5G Knowledge will be added advantage

• Thorough understanding of 5G, LTE fundamentals

• Expertise on 4G KPIs & Counters; proven skills in achieving KPI Targets ; Specially for LTE multi-layer interworking and optimisation to be known. 5G Knowledge will be added advantage

• Expertise on 5G/4G Parameters & features and through understanding.

• Day to Day interactions with Operations team to resolve KPI impacting operational issues and alarms to meet KPI targets

• Support TSG team in analysis to resolve customer complaints based on need

• Discussion with customer on KPI target and issues to be highlighted where customer actions required

• Network doctor report knowledge for KPI analysis
