PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Core Member of Product Management team for Algonomy’s World leading (200+ customers in over 40 countries; highly rated by Gartner/Forrester etc.)
• Drive product vision and execution for our marketing personalization and content personalization product suite. Ensure Algonomy’s leadership in the rapidly evolving space of digital marketing.
• Assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop product strategy, PRDs, functional specifications and GTM plans
• Own the product road map and release cycles. Engage closely with Engineering Team to deliver the roadmap via scrum/sprint framework using well written user stories and clear backlog prioritization etc.
• Work with the Executive Team, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to create overall strategy, competitive positioning, messaging, pricing, revenue and profitability goals
• Work closely with Customer Success and Consulting to drive adoption and value for customers
• Evangelize the product and participate in the product GTM activities.
• Should be able to position product value proposition, do product demonstrations, help with RFP/RFI responses and work closely with sales and customer success teams to influence product revenue

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the technology industry with mandatory at least 3+ years as a Product Manager for a leading technology product company in the enterprise/B2B software segment
• Ideal PM experience includes but not limited to – multi-channel marketing automation, customer analytics, eCommerce analytics, personalization, , and products that offer machine learning.
• Must have good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their strengths and weaknesses to work closely with data science and engineering teams to help pick the right approach to productize.
• Familiarity with Agile product development
• Working with design tools like Figma, Canva is added advantage.
• Strong inter-personal, collaboration and presentation skills
• Build rapport with diverse team members and drive consensus and decision making at speed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Experience in working with globally distributed teams
