About this opportunity

The HR Assistant will develop and administer all human resource initiatives and provide HR support to all

departments.

He/she will also be responsible for the HR operations management of the organization. By developing and implementing various systems and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stake holders.

In this role, you will…

Maintain on boarding documentation for new joiners.
Collaborate with TA Team and share hiring information to HR ops team time to time
Employee Relations: point person for all new hire regarding HR matters
Drive monthly reward and recognition activity
Maintain personal information of employee in share drive.
Prepare insurance data for new hires and share with insurance vendor
Create various employee letters like reliving letter, probation completion letter etc.
Collaborate with HRBP team to organize HR induction time to time
Send pre-joining deck to new hires and also send joining kit to the employees
Help the employees regarding HR Policy queries
Leave Management & Data crunching in Workday.
Work closely with HR Team to implement new projects and policies related to HR. Spread awareness among staff, vendors.

A Must Criteria

Positive attitude, self-motivated
Strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts of resolution among employees.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and exercise confidentiality.
Highly professional and task oriented
Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse staff.

Qualification : MBA HR
Total years of expirence : 0 to 2 years
Job Location : Pune
