Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintainour cloud infrastructure running production workloads

• Implement testing, automation, and monitoring tools to improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our software products

• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to understand and optimizeour usage of AI technologies

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software performance, infrastructure, and security

• Develop and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures related to software operations

• Continuously evaluate and improve our software operations processes and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a software engineering, operations, or reliability engineering role

• Strong understanding of software operations, including automation, monitoring, security, and response

• Fluency in a scripting programming language such as Pythonor JavaScript

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Docker and Containerization

• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies

• Familiarity with Data Science fundamentals such as data analysis, visualization, and processing

• Familiarity with AI and ML technology and methodologies, including OpenAI ChatGPT, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search
