As a Software Test Manager/Staff Engineer role in Software Test, you will provide overall People and Project roadmap leadership for at least 2 programs. Support for customer interface, recruiting, test-tool introduction, test strategy, test planning, staff supervision, cost and progress status reporting. You will directly be responsible for the overall quality of the team’s work and product quality. You will stay current on latest test approaches and tools, and transferring this knowledge to test team. You will set the strategy for implementing test-process improvements. You will strategize for new testing methodologies & processes in alignment with business Initiatives. You will also be responsible for developing and getting the team execute comprehensive test automation code and test cases for new and existing features of Allegion products.

You will work closely with firmware lead engineer, development lead , product owner and system test lead engineers to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost efficient manner.
