- Arrangement of Vehicle for Cath Lab Dispatch, Return Packing Material from customer
place & Dedicated Service Spare Parts.
- Arrangement of Forklift for packing, loading & unloading.
- Follow up & movements of Service Spare Parts – To & Fro.
- As per Purchase team – to arrange to pick up of raw material from Local supplier to factory,
Job work parts.
- Tracking and coordinating the flow of goods and services from sources until the customer/
Service Engg. receives the goods.
- Need to develop new Vendors for Domestic transit, Forklift & Courier.
- Documentation of Dispatch, DC for Packing material Pickup & follow-up for Ack. Copies.
- Update & Verification of Device Traceability Report.
- As per Sales consumption, to maintain details of imported major goods from DTR &
documentation.
- Documentation support under IGCRD procedure.
