• Lead a team of production support engineers to manage incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.

• Ensure that the CMS platform is running smoothly and efficiently, with minimal downtime and high availability.

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that production support issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

• Develop and maintain production support processes and procedures to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

• Provide regular status reports to senior management on the performance of the production support team and the CMS platform.

• Monitor the CMS platform for performance and capacity issues and make recommendations for improvements.

• Participate in the development and testing of new features and functionality on the CMS platform.
