Roles & Responsibilities

Handle online portals

Should know Queue process.

Should possess good knowledge of GDS systems.

Should be well versed with City Codes & Airline Codes.

Assist clients with travel planning through calls and emails.

Should have knowledge of Issuing group and individual tickets

Should have knowledge of Generating PNR, Fare constructions & Coordination with

Airlines.

Looking after all the aspects related to the Ticketing (Domestic and International) i.e.,

Ticket Refunds, Issuance, Reissuance, and Cancellations.

Responsible for Revenue generation for the company.

Required Skills

A Bachelor s Degree is a must.

Minimum 1-3 Years Of Experience.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

IATA Graduate or Graduate with experience in relevant field
