Job Description for L2 Antivirus Position:
Good understanding of security-related operational procedures.
Experience and knowledge preferably on most of the following tools or consoles.
McAfee DLP, VSE, Encryption.
Experience with Symantec DLP in an enterprise environment is required..
Experience with Trend micro Apex-one, Deep security, DLP key attributes, key words, exception.
Sophos, Crowd strike console management and monitoring.
Hands on experience on creating av policies, DLP rule, exceptions.
Hands on experience with EDR.
Proven experience in handling policy management and signature update for an endpoint security solution.
Need to monitor Antivirus console all time.
Need to perform Antivirus upgradation activity at server and endpoint level as per requirements.
Coordinate with the End user support and IT team as per requirement.
Need to prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports, as per customer requirement.
Good understanding of different operating systems (Windows, Linux, mac. etc.).
Need to work on critical incidents and troubleshoot.
Troubleshooting Virus/malware incidents on endpoints.(Clients/servers. etc.)
Should have good knowledge of migration activities.
Experience in managing multiple third-party vendors in delivering security services.
