Job Descriptions

Person should be from accounts background with some knowledge of IMPEX operation & documentations & SAP Coordination with CHA, freight forwarder and courier companies. Coordination with internal stakeholders Track shipment arrival Prepare DSR report & circulate to all stake holder Import documents scrutiny If any discrepancy coordinate with all stakeholder and share inputs with agent. Check list approvals Update all master records ( HSN code/ Technical write-up/ MEIS/Concensation certificate/Deffeer duty/BIS/WPS/procurement certificate / advance license / EPCG ) Arrange online duty payment & communicate to all stake holder for approvals & upon approve communicate to vendor Vendor account reco Raised ODW request for advance payment to vendor Collect billing documents from Freight forwarder Co-ordination with Nivison audit team for approval Update invoices in VIMS for further payment process co ordinate with finance team for vendor payment Communicate payment inputs to all vendors Vendor account reco Monthly provision working original bill of entry submission to finance team Billing documents filing Follow up with Nvision DSR updatation CONQ data updation invoice updatation advance knowoff Freight forwarder Ontime/overdue Analysis ICA monthly over due invoice report analysis supplier invoice booking in VIMS PO creation & dispute solving record room maintance + 6S follow up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
