Are you a seasoned Technical Architect with extensive experience in web application development and a passion for designing scalable and efficient systems? At Client, we are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the architecture design of innovative web applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to define architecture standards, and work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements:
Experience in Web Application Development:

• Front-end: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React and Angular. Deep understanding of the component-based architecture, state management, client-side routing, and optimization techniques like lazy loading and server-side rendering (SSR) to improve user experience.
• Back-end: Experience in building RESTful APIs and back-end services using technologies like Node.js and Java. Understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming to ensure efficient handling of requests and responses.

Architecture Design:

• Microservices Architecture: Expertise in designing and implementing microservices to promote modularity, scalability, and flexibility. You should understand how to decouple services to enable independent deployment, horizontal scaling, and resilience.
• Monolithic vs. Microservices: Knowledge of when to apply a monolithic architecture versus microservices and how to migrate legacy applications to microservices-based systems without disruption.
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Ability to design systems that are loosely coupled, leveraging well-defined APIs to communicate between services.

System Integration:

• Experience in integrating web applications with external services such as third-party APIs, authentication systems (e.g., OAuth, SAML), and payment gateways. API Gateway: Experience with API gateway tools (e.g., Kong, AWS API Gateway) for managing API requests and responses.
• Message Brokers & Event-Driven Systems: Understanding of message brokers like RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka to enable real-time, asynchronous communication between services in an event-driven architecture.

Cloud Architecture:

• Cloud-Native Design: Proficiency in architecting applications that are scalable and optimized for cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. This includes selecting the appropriate storage solutions (e.g., S3, Blob Storage), computing services (e.g., Lambda, EC2), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Serverless Architectures: Expertise in designing serverless applications for cost optimization, scalability, and efficient use of cloud resources.

Design Patterns & Best Practices:

• Familiarity with architectural and software design patterns such as MVC (Model-View-Controller), and Event Sourcing.
• Application of SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Twelve-Factor App principles to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

Performance Optimization:

• Load Balancing: Experience with load balancing techniques to distribute traffic across multiple servers for reliability and scalability.
• Caching Strategies: Implementation of caching mechanisms (e.g., Redis, Memcached) to reduce latency and improve response times for high-traffic applications.
• Database Optimization: Proficiency in optimizing database queries (SQL and NoSQL) and database indexing to ensure quick data retrieval and smooth application performance.

Security Practices:

• Knowledge of security best practices, including OWASP guidelines to prevent common vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), and Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF).
• Familiarity with encryption standards, secure token management (JWT), and proper handling of sensitive data.

Technical Leadership:

• Guide engineering teams in adopting continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
• Lead the architecture decision-making process, perform code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.
• Establish infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage cloud infrastructure efficiently.

Database Expertise:

• Relational Databases: Strong command over SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle, ensuring efficient data modeling and query optimization.
• NoSQL Databases: Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB to manage unstructured or semi-structured data efficiently in large-scale applications.

Agile Methodologies & Collaboration:

• Proven experience in working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks and delegate them effectively across teams while maintaining oversight of the overall architecture.

Emerging Technologies & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest in web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure that the applications and solutions you architect are future-proof and aligned with business needs.
• Ability to evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies like GraphQL, WebAssembly, or Edge Computing when appropriate.

DevOps & CI/CD:

• Advocate for continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processes using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, OpenShift) for streamlined development and deployment workflows.

Qualifications:
Experience: 8-10 years of Professional experience.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering.
