Job Title: Front Office and AdminJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office and Admin professional to join our team. As a Front Office and Admin, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the front office and administrative functions. You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and stakeholders and their impression of the organization will largely depend on your customer service skills. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and contributing to the success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion.Maintain the office calendar and schedule appointments.Maintain paper and electronic filing systems and keep them up-to-date.Order and maintain office supplies, inventory and stationery.Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events, including catering and travel arrangements.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.Assist with office-related tasks, such as photocopying, printing and binding.Ensure the office is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.Manage petty cash expenses and maintain records.Assist with other office-related tasks as and when required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office and Admin or related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English.Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you are ready to join our dynamic team in a challenging and rewarding role, please submit your application.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)total work: 3 years (Required)Language:English (Required)Speak with the employer+91 9810154339
