Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter (US shift) for our organization. Alpine Health is an established firm headquartered in Secaucus, New Jersey, and having offshore center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The selected employee would be involved in recruitment of applicants from US for our Warehouse located in the US.

We are expanding and diversifying our in-house recruitment team and invite applications from candidates who are highly driven with excellent communication skills and networking ability. He/she should be able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment that is data-driven. The ability to multitask and produce substantial results at any given time would definitely grab our attention. Candidates looking for a long-term stint would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for our HQ requirements
• Use niche platforms to source potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises
• Set up further rounds of interviews
• Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers based out of US
• Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization
• Keeping abreast of the industry trends

Requirements (Education and Skills)

• Minimum Qualification criteria- Graduation
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Experience of working with US clients/customers/applicants would be preferred
• Must be comfortable in working EST/PST shifts (Night Shift)
• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary staff for the company
• Freshers with good command over the English language can also apply

Shift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)- Work from Office

Duration – Full Time/ Permanent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
