PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Within Services organization, you will lead the implementation & the usage of core model for own country / cluster for Maintenance, ALM, CRO & PI businesses. You will ensure that business processes are used across the country / cluster through the implementation of the core solutions.

You will project manage the implementation of the core model in alignment with IT roadmap, ensure the change management activities are in place & lead any local initiatives related to digitalization for Service Operations. You will be the focal point for Industry 4.0 implementation.

You will interact with several stakeholders including operations, Services Product Line/ business process owners (BPOs), regions (RBPEs), IS&T & external IT providers.

Roles & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead digitalization action plan for your respective country / cluster.
• Perform gap analysis between current ways of working & target core solution
• Identify any topics not covered by core solutions & input for enhancements
• Review target organization (Who should do what ?) to ensure this is aligned with core processes.
• Identify & implement changes management activities
• Structure training process & support implementation
• Review usage & ensure that a proper mechanism is in place across the country / cluster to monitor solutions adoption
• Drive Service Industry 4.0 your respective country / cluster (including DMP & DoF initiatives)
• Manage country / cluster KUs community

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES :

• • You have a university degree (Mechanical, Electrical, IT, Logistics, Industrial Management, …) with a minimum of 5 years of qualified work experience
  • You have experience in implementation of an ERP/MMIS System (e.g. SAP, Maximo)
  • You have experience in Maintenance Operations and Reliability Engineering for Rolling Stock Maintenance
  • You have worked in a complex and international industrial environment with a clear mission of change management
  • You have developed important soft skills: inter-personal communication, people network coordination, working in a cross-cultural environment …
  • You have excellent analytical skills and understand how changing input affects output
  • You have excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills (English and at least one other language)
  • You can make yourself understood with anyone, from shop floor staff to support function professionals, to top level managers
  • You are delivery-minded
