Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing support tickets for SAP Concur and Oracle NetSuite as they pertain to procurement-related questions from end-users and finance team members. Additionally, the role will include creating purchase orders, vendor onboarding, and reporting as required.

What You Will Do:
Manage support tickets for SAP Concur and Oracle NetSuite, responding to procurement-related questions from end-users and finance team members.

Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

Assist with vendor onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures for each subsidiary.

Prepare reports as required, providing insights and recommendations to the procurement team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement processes are streamlined and efficient.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities including tracking expiration dates and auto-renews on current contracts.

What You Will Need:
Basics:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
Proficiency in SAP Concur and Oracle NetSuite is desirable.

Familiarity with procurement policies and procedures is an asset
