Job descriptionPIKA Medical is a medical equipment distributor of premier capital equipment in the healthcare space having our office in BangaloreWe are on the look out for an Administration Executive (non IT – Back office Administration) who has sufficient knowledge and expertise to handle an SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) who can join on an immediate basis.This is an in-office job . Remote work option is not available for this job.Roles and ResponsibilitiesPrepare Quotes , manage existing customers database.Process orders via email or phoneCheck data accuracy in orders and invoicesContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesLiaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain and update sales and customer recordsDevelop monthly sales reportsCommunicate important feedback from customers internallyEnsure sales targets are met and report any deviationsStay up-to-date with new products and featuresTo coordinate and to do arrangement for annual employee meet, sports events, tour and travelling plans and other events in the factory.Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.We are looking for an admin executive who can perform all admin related duties such as managing vendors, stationery, and other office related admin activitiesDesired Candidate ProfileBasic Computer Knowledge Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent is a plusHands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Excellent organizational and multitasking skillsA team player with high level of dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlinesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementCommuter assistanceHealth insuranceSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental pay types:Commission payYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
