POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for proper accounting and storing of receipt, issue of raw material & capital goods
This position will be responsible for proper accounting and storing of receipt, issue of raw material & capital goods
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Responsible for receiving materials & reporting shortage /excess.
2) Issuing Material as per requisition received from User Department.
3) Conducting Physical Stock take.
4) Maintaining Perpetual count on Daily basis.
5) Documentation control as per excise and customs
6) Organizing material in stores at right location & maintain 5 S.
7) Implementation & Maintaining Kanban
Job Requirements:
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Knowledge of ERP (preferably oracle)
2. ISO procedure
3. Usage of Kanban Process
4. Well conversant with stores process and procedures like FIFO etc)
5. Good knowledge in Ms Office
6. Physical stock verification
7. Handling of dangerous goods
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
B.Com/ Diploma in Mechanical with 3 years of experience in stores department in mass manufacturing industry
