Summary of the role Are you the SDET who is CI/CD pro? Are you a developer with experience in Testing code through white box techniques? You’ll be developing JUnit/component tests, code tests in Automation tools like Protractor and integrate them with product builds, implement automatic execution of the test during build phase. You will be working very close within the software development phases and contribute to shift left & CI/CD goals of the product! You’ll be joining one of the world’s top 10 software to power better journeys.
Your main responsibilities 1. Parallelly develop and test _ Understand current automation test in selenium framework _ Develop JUnit & component test in Angular based framework repository to build strong Quality coverage as offered by UI based tests. _ Develop JUnit & component test to achieve shift left Quality goals and reduce time to market new features _ Know the product features, in order to replicate issues, define priorities, improve Quality with extended test coverage 2. Use Development skills to contribute to CI/CD/Shift left _ Develop automatic test to validate the code and standalone UI modules much before integration. _ Automatically validate each single requirement with 0 coverage gaps _ Create and execute tests scripts on Protractor which run during BUILD phase _ Transform the legacy automation to Test pyramid-based approach About the ideal candidate

• BE or B. Tech degree
• 4-6 years’ experience in Automation using Java
• Must have experience developing features in Angular JS/ Java based applications.
• Well versed with writing Junit and component tests within the application code repository
• Development tools/technologies: Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Automation Tools: Protractor, Selenium
• Should be experienced in writing test cases and automating them through Protractor
• Should be able to independently:
  • Set up environment and test automation framework
  • Troubleshot issues in setup/test scripts and resolve them as well
• Experience working with source control tools-Bitbucket/ Git or others- Good to have experience on automation using protractor tool
• Quick Learner who can grasp functional knowledge
