Ensures adherence to superior finance policies, guidelines and procedures for effective Business Administration for an assigned organization unit, accomplished in an assigned team. Oversees financial operations and supports accountable Business Administration Manager.
Oversees and manages all day-to-day Business Administration operations.Monitors effective financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.May monitor contract management, in all relevant business cases (supplier, customer, service providers).Analyses and evaluates product or project portfolio.Contributes to budget planning processes for the respective unit, and ensures coherence with internal guidelines.Prioritizes and assigns tasks to the team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion.Manages Business Administration related transactions for the assigned organization unit.Responds to operations related enquiries, as an escalation point of contact.Reports accurately and timely to accountable management.Liaises with functionally involved Management and Professionals on an operational basis.Leads a dedicated team of Business Administration Operations staff.
