Job brief:

We are looking for an experienced Jr. Accountant cum office who can provide assistance to the accounting team and Human resource team of Amazing Solar.

Prerequisite:

– Should be able to work from

• Monday to Friday: 06:30 am – 3:30 pm IST,

• Saturday: 06:30 am – 1:30 pm IST.

– Has 1 or 2 years of experience as an accountant

– 3 Star English Communication

– Any knowledge of Solar or related industries will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bank Reconciliation, Preparing Invoices, managing vendor payments, payroll administration, and account-related day-to-day work.

• Management of Payment Advice for each vendor

• Management statutory compliances like GST payment, TDS deduction and remittance, Income tax payment, TDS payment, and likewise.

• Keep track of all banking transactions like PDC, Cheque Deposits, RTGS/NEFT as and when required.

• Handling accounts with inventories independently. Proper Follow-up of Site Expenses and Site requirements.

• Billing, AMC Vendor communication, Tally usage of 2-3 experience, voucher preparation and other accounting work

• having Good English communication written & verbal

• Preparation and finalization of books of Accounts

Salary Package:

– Based on Experience & Performance in the interview. (No bar for the right & deserving candidate).

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
