Amazon.in’s Credit Operations team is actively seeking a highly motivated Investigation Specialist to assist in managing daily operational aspects that support both our merchants and customer experience. The team’s primary objective is to enable merchants to benefit from Fulfillment by Amazon, leveraging Amazon’s superior shipping and customer service performance. FBA is a strategically significant and visible program within Amazon, offering an opportunity to work in an innovative team that contributes to operational excellence, system support, and process design across the entire company. The Investigation Specialist will provide support to sellers, associates, and management, ensuring that program standards for individual and team performance are consistently met.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent team player capable of learning and sharing knowledge in a team environment.

• Knowledge of FBA.

• Comfortable working on excel, using pivots and using basic level of automation.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Experience in either of Investigations/Payments/Security or Banking domain.
