The Conversational Assistant Services (CAS) org in AGI enables the creation of the most natural and capable AI assistants that orchestrate real-world services, devices/appliances, and AI models. The CAS – PGS (Personal Grounding Services) org’s mission is to empower any conversational assistant with deep contextual understanding and personalized memory to enhance customer experience and engagement.

PGS is seeking a talented Principal TPM to drive and evolve personal knowledge ecosystem needed to personalize AI Conversational Assistants. If you enjoy solving complex problems, ambiguous technical, product and business issues and delivering technical solutions at scale, come talk to us!

The right candidate will possess a strong technical and program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in current web technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. As a Principal TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. High judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience

• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience

• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
