: Job summary RBS Training team is looking for a training professional who is self-motivated with business acumen, program management skills, a good team player who can earn trust of stakeholders, and deliver results. This role is an individual contributor working with training specialists/program managers to drive training programs in RBS. The right candidate will have the ability to apply program management best practices to manage training programs for groups of learners. In addition, anyone in this role needs to demonstrate good influencing without authority. Key job responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders, training program managers and learners to evaluate training needs, create training implementation plans, reporting and feedback response mechanisms. Manage training program implementation through effective planning and organization and achieve delivery goals. Create/support mechanisms for systematically measuring the impact and continuously improving training programs to maximize training effectiveness. – Manage learner escalations and proactively seek support when needed. Use training data and learner anecdotes to identify improvement opportunities, with a bias towards data-based decision making. Create and drive communication plans for reporting on program implementation, training data, risks, and status of the programs. Manage training content/updates residing on SharePoint, LMS and shared drives. Troubleshoot LMS related issues to remove blockages in program delivery. Work with training vendors to plan, organize deliver training solutions. A day in the life A candidate in this role will work with subject matter experts, program managers, business leaders, content specialists to deliver their results. Tracking, follow up, reporting, needs analysis, prioritizing are some of the daily tasks. A person in this role will have to work on developing content, validating content and publishing on LMS. About the team Retail Business Services (RBS) is an integral part of Amazon online product lifecycle and buying operations. The team is designed to ensure Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space with the best price, wide selection and good product information. The team’s primary role is to create and enhance retail selection on the worldwide Amazon online catalog and reduce defects. Basic Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline. Overall 5+ years of experience including 2 years of experience in managing training/people development related projects or programs. Demonstrated experience of managing and working with stakeholders/learners across multiple teams. Demonstrated experience in analyzing, making inferences and reporting training data and feedback. Good communication, coordination and organization skills. Proven experience of LMS administration Experience of creating content Preferred Qualifications : Demonstrated experience of doing training needs analysis and knowledge of ADDIE principles. Experience in collaborating with training design teams/content developers to build training content. Certification in Training Analysis, Training Design, Psychometric tools, Assessment / Development Center or Project Management. Experience in using authoring tools such as articulate, captivate for creating e-learning Experience of Instruction Design concepts
