We are hiring for the position of social media manager for a music company named as “Desi Junction”.You will be responsible for building the BenefitHub brand and awareness of our key products through the use of social media platforms like LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, YouTube, and others of relevance. As a Social Media Manager, you will work alongside the business and consumer marketing teams, product, customer care, and technology to reach our organization’s goals. From creating periodic editorial calendars, using marketing to deliver our brand’s message, you will be the link between our business and current and prospective clients. You will determine the initiatives that work the best and amplify those to continue our growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• 2-3 years’ experience in social media and content marketing
• Thorough understanding of the social media landscape including especially LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and newer platforms
• Should have managed social media, brand content and ORM at scale, end to end.
• Should have created and promoted brand videos (exclusively for digital) and created and run a cross-platform social media strategy
• Can analyze data, insights and performance metrics to boost engagement and reach on social media
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• An energetic and self-driven individual
• Experience in music industry is preferable, not mandatory.
