Amentum Hiring For Transportation Supervisor at Maharashtra Full Time

• Delegate missions to Foreman, Coordinators, Heavy Truck Drivers, Equipment Operators, Bus Drivers, etc.
• Escort personnel based on Transportation Movement Requests (TMR) and specific mission requirements.
• Responsible for compliance of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Quality Control Plans, and all safety regulations specific to the area of operations.
• Acts as the main liaison between the Military and the Contractor for any issues pertaining to on base movements or off base convoy missions for inter-company personnel.
• Also responsible for ensuring all movement assets adhere to Preventative Maintenance (PM) checks and dispatches as outlined in the SOP.
• Also acts as the department chief with regards to attending After Action Reviews (AAR) for any incidents that take place under their direct supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to analyze and enter data into Microsoft Office and web based applications.
• Thorough understanding of military style movement assets.
• Past skills in organizing and supervising the movement, deployment and redeployment of personnel and equipment; both in an Army and joint environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as a supervisor of a complex military transportation operation.
• Proven technical experience in the interpretation and use of military transportation automation systems, and civilian transportation management and cargo tracking systems.
• Must have ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance; NACI requiring US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Must have ability to obtain passport or Current Passport must have at least nine (9) months validity prior to expiration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an OCONUS Army environment is desired.
• Former Army Transportation Corp O-3 or acivilian Transportation Manager with contractor and/or Army Transportation experience in contingency area is a plus.
