American Bureau of Shipping Hiring for UX Developer I / II at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

As a UX Developer you are expected to have experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and functional flows. Conversant with the latest Web and Mobile Usability standards. Experience with Responsive application Design. Conversant with wireframing and prototyping tools.

What You Will Do:

• Looking for an UX architect who will be able to handle the user experience (UX) design and User interface (UI) for our various digital need.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and grid base structure.
• Perform business requirement analysis and work closely with subject matter experts to translate high-level requirements into interactions that are intuitive and caters to all the business needs.
• Establish and promote UX design guidelines, follow best practices and standards.
• Able to implement usability aesthetics and ease to provide appropriate solutions to various business users.
• Conceptualize business ideas and provide wireframes and running prototype for the same, and design user friendly UI interfaces.
• Demonstrable UX design skills with decent understanding of underlying implementation technology.
• Capture and translate business ideas and solutions to reusable artifacts for future reference.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD. Expertise in UX software such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, InVision and the same is preferred.

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience

• Experience/Skill Level 6 to 9 years of professional experience in the field of software development
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certification in any design tool is a plus.
• Background in Business Analysis is an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and functional flows.
• Conversant with the latest Web and Mobile Usability standards.
• Experience with Responsive application Design.
• Conversant with wireframing and prototyping tools. Knowledge of Axure RP and Photoshop is plus.
• Work with HTML/CSS Specialists to assist and translate a conceptual design to a ready-to-be developed solution.
• Innovative and Self-motivated.

Reporting Relationships:

Will report to a senior level Manager or technical manager and has no direct reports.

Working Conditions:

The work environment will primarily be an air-conditioned office setting requiring the employee to sit for prolonged periods while concentrating on a computer screen.
