We are now embarking on an exciting transformation and we are building a Global team to look after our profile solution. We are looking for energetic, high-performance team with a nimble and creative mindset to drive our technology and products.
This position will support the implementation and data management requests in the “Connect Client database” supporting Profile Expert Plus point of sale tool used by our travel experts. The Business Analyst will be responsible for the documentation of business needs, testing requirements and applying the required methods and standards as appropriate.
Qualifications
Reports to the Connect Client Team Manager.
Microsoft Office proficiency is required (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Visio would be a plus)
Facilitates the set-up of meetings and conference calls.
Online booking tool knowledge would be beneficial (Concur, KDS, etc)
SharePoint Knowledge is desirable
Strong knowledge of GDS systems especially Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo GDS’s are a plus.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Ability to assess situations and make sound decisions quickly.
Willing to work flexible hours and to participate in after-hours conference calls with other regions when needed.
Solid understanding of down line systems i.e. Expert Auditor, PTC, Mid/back office configuration a plus
Must be a self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
Assists the Connect Client Team Manager in completing the relevant project documentation.
Involved in system and user acceptance in conjunction with Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop test cases, monitor tracking for resolution of defects and coordinate testing phases.
3+ years experience in Business Travel preferred.
Proven organisational and change management skills, while focusing on measurable goals and results
