Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.

We are looking for talented product leaders to join our team to help craft scalable solutions for the products and platforms supporting the enterprise. You will have the opportunity to learn new things and see how you can make a direct contribution to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and growth opportunities

• Assess value, develop use cases, and prioritize features and user stories to ensure that work focuses on those with maximum value that aligned with the product strategy

• Work with key partners, colleagues, and leadership to define and drive the execution of the product feature roadmap under the business priorities with clearly defined business metrics and targets

• Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope

• Appropriately identify and raise risks, challenges, opportunities to advance the team

• Leads and mentors associate product owners / analysts

• Partner with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver the defined capabilities and rapidly iterate innovative solutions

• Keep up to date with industry, competitor, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and latest trends

Qualifications

• 6 years of total work experience. 4 years’ experience as a product owner within a user-centric, digital product development team

• Ability to define clear customer needs and features and gain buy-in and confidence at multiple levels of the organization

• Proven record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and roadmap from inception through maintenance while maintaining a customer first mindset.

• Proven experience in identifying and solving potential issues in project execution by fostering a collaborative environment

• Demonstrated technical fluency, experience working directly with engineers with proven ability to define business requirements/describe trade-offs

• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles: backlog refinement, sprint planning, writing user stories, MVP, sprint demos

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive decision making, collaboration and alignment

• Ability to build strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders and take an initiative-taking approach to collaboration

• Familiarity with one or more programming languages preferred

• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and what makes for an intuitive user experience
