Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the setup of Corporate Client Global for Online Program Management and reporting requirements, in coordination with – Account Development Managers, Client Program Administrators, 3rd parties. This requires the successful candidate to be able to provide Consultation and support to corporate clients – on @work procedures and protocols, interpret and understand requests.

Client Issue Resolution: Provide extraordinary customer issue resolution to Corporate Customer queries relating to @work tool. This requires customer centricity to understand each client need as each client has different reporting setup.

Data analysis and presentation

Report/Dashboard creation and change management

Technical troubleshooting experience

Consulting account managers for insights and recommendations

Hours of Operations – ability to work in flexible shifts in a 24*5 Hour environment

The incumbents should be able to demonstrate personal accountability with high accuracy and productivity standards and should be willing to learn.

Build and leverage relationships across a wide range of cross functional teams to ensure seamless
Qualifications
-
Graduate with minimum 2 years of analytical experience in a Telephone Servicing / Customer Servicing environment.

Data Interpretation, visualization, and reporting

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Proven ability to learn new skills in a technical environment – basic technology background is an added advantage.

A team player should possess the skills to work and support team members
Academic Background:

Technical Graduate preferred.
