We are looking for dedicated and passionate sales team individuals who are willing to work in one of the fastest-growing Recruitment and Immigration Firm. The successful individuals will work on growing client sales in India for Canadian and British Immigration.We are looking for candidates who can start working from 01/02/2022.Job Title: Client Information Executive: We are seeking Client Information Executives India-wide to engage with potential prospects, create new leads and convert them into successful customers, and also build trusting relationships. Sales team member will ensure a memorable client service experience by using needs-based communication strategies – listening, probing, educating, etc. to determine the Client’s needs. You will be required to identify opportunities to grow our Client base and pursue it. The main focus would be on direct Client Servicing via various modes of communication (videocalls, emails etc) and taking ownership of Client concerns/queries with timely follow-ups. You will conduct quality assurance surveys to determine client satisfaction and use the findings to improve on areas of concern. You will be required to maintain core values of the organization by understanding our Immigration Programs and Requirements.Responsibilities:

• Growing client sales in your region
• Building and maintaining successful relationships
• Contact potential clients over the phone while practicing telephone courtesies at all times.
• Conduct market research to generate leads and potential clientele.
• Timely resolution of Client queries and needs.
• Updating clients on the latest immigration programs to increase sales.
• Report to managers and collaborate with team members to strategically achieve better results.
• Expanding the client base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding individual needs and addressing them efficiently.
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Knowledge of our competition and strategizing accordingly.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• IMMEDIATE start.

Must have: Degree or up to 1-2 years of experience in Hospitality/Sales.

• Knowledge and experience in Immigration programs of Canada and United Kingdom will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work in UK shifts (day shift/ evening shift)
• Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and meet sales targets.
• Competent in IT skills, sound knowledge of CRM software with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude focused on client satisfaction.
• Fluency in English is essential; the ability to communicate in various languages will be an added advantage.
