Full Job Description
We are looking for a manufacturing guru that has unique problem-solving skills and can adapt to our fast-paced business of transforming the e-mobility space.
Description:
Collaborate with AMP Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to implement best practices for manufacturability of AMP core products
Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and customer requirements
Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision making
Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure that manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed in order to keep production equipment operational
Requirements:
Direct production/manufacturing experience
Track record of developing optimized engineering processes
Engineering degree
Desired:
Power electronics experience
Electrical Engineering degree
5+ years experience in developing Contract Manufacturers
